Always interested in learning more drills that involve situational defense. Especially important if there are not a lot of base runners at practice.

Proper defensive strategies would be a big help with our teams- something to get a edge on the batter and runners

Interested in learning as much as I can about defensive setups & adjustments related to different offensive threats, pitch locations, base runner positions, etc. Defensive shifts that can be utilized.

Getting the girls to talk to each other, to communicate, seems to be one of the most challenging things. Take the girls off the field, and they never shut up, constantly chit chatting about whatever. The minute they step onto the Softball field… crickets. This leads to collisions, dropped "easy pop flys, and confusion. It drives the coaches crazy and we can’t figure out why they won;t do it.

One of my biggest challenges is teaching game scenarios/situations within my limited practice time. Also, keeping my players engaged in communicating with each other during the entire game and/or practice time. Speed is the name of the game and I’m always looking for ways to improve our speed in every aspect of the game.

I would like to see more info on keeping outfielders engaged and ready in terms of knowing where to go and what to do situationally when the ball is hit you them. IF is always talking play at 1, 2 or whatever but it seems as the though each outfielder plays without that same level of communication.

I want to learn about ways to get players communicating, ways to run through various game scenarios without taking up all of practice time.
